Yet another law suit for Skype. A company called Mangosoft has filed a civil suit against eBay and its subsidiaries, Skype Technologies SA and Skype Software Sarl of Luxembourg. The suit was filed by Mangosoft Intellectual Property which is a subsidiary of Mangosoft Inc.

The suit which was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas states that Skype has infringed U.S. Patent No. 6,647,393 called Dynamic Directory Service in violation of one or more provisions of 35 U.S.C. section 271. The company is asking for damages for willful infringement and injunctive relief.
