
Hampton Software has released Articulation which is the latest VoIP application for the Palm OS. Compatible with most of the Palm OS 5+ devices with a microphone, it is being regarded as the first service independent VoIP phone for Palm OS which implies that one could use it with a number of different VoIP service providers. It supports the standard SIP VoIP protocol and works with most of the SIP VoIP service providers but as of now doesn't gel with Skype.
