BroadSoft expands for VoIP demands

It has been officially announced that BroadSoft's PacketSmart will be expanding to accommodate for the high demands and need of better IP-based communications services. BroadSoft have been responding to the demands of the telecommunications industry for end-to-end VoIP network monitoring.

BroadSoft currently is one of the leading providers of software for the telecommunications industry. BroadWorks, for example is one of many software programs in their product range aim to provide consumers and businesses with video calling, VoIP calls and fixed line services.

There are many other communications service competitors in the market but BroadSoft promises to continue to develop new and efficient products that they hope will be the number one choice for consumers and businesses world wide.
