Covad Offers Domestic Monthly Minutes for VoIP Customers
Skype is doling out free calls across United States, Vonage is offering unlimited international long distance calling to a few European countries and AOL would be providing free phone numbers, now how could Covad be left behind? Covad is now offering its business class PBX VoIP offerings with unlimited domestic monthly minutes.

The users of the service would be able to avail 101,000 free domestic monthly minutes per site. Existing customers could avail the new service automatically as the changes would be reflected in their June services.

This is certainly going to result in an offer war from other competitors as nowadays "free" and "unlimited " seems to have become a trend. Business voice service is the mainstay for telephone companies and if any attempt is made by one of the vendors for changing the existing state of affairs, it is likely to result in serious repercussions.
