Only people residing in U.K. can enjoy this offer. In order to qualify for this offer you need to pay for the credit through either PayPal or U.K. issued credit card with billing adddress of U.K. Besides this you are also required to be signed into the Skype software while purchasing credit. The offer is valid up till 31st December,2006.

Under the offer you can call only U.K. landline numbers starting with 01 or 02. Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man have also been included in the offer.
