EQO Goes Symbian
Filed in archive New Application by Dameon Welch-Abemathy on January 22, 2008

Now the folks at EQO have gone and made a (rough) beta for Symbian-all Nokia S60 handsets thus far. The cool thing about being a native app is that now they can integrate with the phone much better-getting rid of a lot of the security prompts. You also get calls properly logged in the call log, better performance, and a lot more.
Of course, EQO is also a great, free, multi-network IM client as well, and the Symbian client sports a better interface. The usual suspects are supported-sans Skype, of course.
If you're not an EQO member yet, you can sign up with the promo code "chris" to get some extra sign-up credit.
