Do you all know that Google owns a lot of fiber optic capacity and it has also gone ahead and opened along with Earthlink a Wi-Fi network in San Francisco and this forces us to think that whether Google has aspirations to be a service provider?

Eric Schmidt, Google CEO has denied any intentions towards moving towards this road but all fingers are being forced to point towards Google as it would not be possible for Google to complete its channel of communication from its search engine and web product servers to the user's home.

It seems that Google is doing the home work to expand into VoIP and data pipe business without creating any ripples because they know that if they would like to move out abruptly there would be no teachers to question them. Remember one thing that it was the tortoise who won the race. Somebody said it right, Slow and steady wins the race. Heard before, right?
