I have been using the Free Conference Call application on Facebook, powered by iotum. Until you've actually used this powerful application, you won't know what you're missing! It also makes pretty good podcasts, too!
The folks at iotum have made it even better, thanks to partnerships with Abbeynet-the folks behind Sitofono-and Truphone, the folks who provide an excellent VoIP calling experience with WiFi-enabled Nokia phones. Sitofono will call landlines in a number of countries whereas Truphone provides the ability to join a call using your headset from your computer.
Now that you can join in a free conference call from just about anywhere-or create your own-why wouldn't you?

so iotum as i understand it is now nterestingly no one presenting the storytaking the ‘walled garden’ approach when it comes to SIP. it now interconnects with truephone, abbynet, and sitophone. why not allow users of any SIP service to dial in?
