All you need to do is call up 712-945-0360 for accessing the automated dialing prompt and then call up the destination you are trying to reach. I'm a skype user, & I use it to call my family back in US, and it's cheap. The voice quality is good. And as for the rates Skype is cheap than the rest of the services, and it's cheap enough when compared to the services that I get.

I use action telecom (http://www.actiontelecom.co.uk)
to use my mobile's bundled minutes. I get a lot of minutes so rather than waste them I just call my family in the states and friends across europe.
For other destinations, I just use skype :)
