U.S. Air Force Captain Matt Howard recently married Lanessa Lawrence over Skype, after falling in love online.
"The chaplain, Air Force Capt. Jonathan Runnels - who'd given premarital counseling sessions to Lawrence via computer - noted the unusal circumstances," writes Sig Christenson at mySA.com. "'Nonetheless, it is holy and acceptable before God,' he said."
"So even though they aren't on the same continent and won't meet in person until April, the bride nervously said, 'I do,'" Christenson writes.
