MAXroam, the GSM SIM that doesn't know you're traveling, now offers free inbound telephone numbers in more countries than when they first launched. No matter what country the telephone number is in, you'll still save on calls while you're roaming!
When the service initially launched, your free telephone number were restricted to the US, UK, Ireland and France. Now your "free" number can also come from Italy, Sweden, or Poland as well!
You can get up to 50 inbound telephone numbers assigned to your SIM from 42 different countries. Each additional number beyond the free one starts at 2 Euros a month.
I will be experiencing this service for myself. Pat Phelan is sending me one of is MAXroam phones that he will soon be selling thru MAXroam. Expect a review of the phone-and the service-in the near future.
