It's been a while since I've looked at Mobivox, but given the historic rise of Skype is slowing down according to eBay's Q42007 quarterly report, one has to start looking for other ways for Skype to grow.

You'll pay USD $0.019 a minute to 40 different countries. Other countries have higher rates, but it's likely to be cheaper than a conventional phone call all the same.
