A new referral reward program has been launched by 8×8 which would benefit both the existing and new Packet8 residential and business phone service subscribers. Called the Share and Score program, this program would reward its subscriber with a $30 Amazon.com gift certificate for every qualifying Packet8 residential plan referral and there is also a $60 Amazon.com(R) gift certificate for every qualifying Packet8 Virtual Office referral. What else, there is no limit to the number of gift certificates that you can earn.
As per Huw Rees, V.P., Sales and Marketing, 8×8:
According to recent consumer focus group studies and Packet8 subscriber surveys, Internet phone service users are actively engaged in communicating the features and benefits of VoIP to family and friends. We want to further encourage this trend among our subscriber base by providing lucrative incentives that benefit both the referrer and referee.
Certainly this program would not only reward the company but also its subscribers. The company would land up with new customers and the subscribers would relish freebies in return.
