Have you used Damaka? If not then use it as now you can leave audio and video messages for your peers using a regular webcam. This is now available besides the other existing features such as DialOut, FastFile transfer, desktop sharing, video conferencing and IPTV.

It's quite easy to use. Very similar to the way you send an email- all you need to do is just record and send your message which would be delivered to the recipients email. Video mail is a great option. I have sent it to a few of my friends and they all seem to like it.
