Service Providers Should Prepare For Attack on VoIP Well In Advance
Up till now VoIP companies have been focusing on improving the VoIP service but as the usage of VoIP is increasing companies also need to focus on the potential risks associated with the technology. Some of the imminent threats posed to VoIP include phishinglinks, spam and DOS.

Company networks might get deluged with voice spam or phishing might be used for hacking personal information or denial of service attacks. There is another threat of toll fraud where in which premium call rates are made to numbers benefiting the hackers.

Though not many instances of VoIP fraud have been reported but companies need to prepare for these threats well in advance as the future is VoIP and with VoIP users increasing by the hour it won't take much time to attract hackers towards it.
