Skype has just introduced the Skype Pro service for its European customers which offers a combo of popular features and zero cost calling. All this is available for just €2 per month. As per the offer customers subscribing to the offer get fabulous discounts on SkypeIn numbers, free voicemail, five euros worth of SkypeOut credit for a five month service along with Skype devices which one can avail at attractive prices.
Let me give you some details – at €2 per month you can avail zero cents per minute calling to domestic landline phones in around fifteen European countries with calls priced at €0.017 per minute, Skype voicemail is available for free (earlier it was available for €15 yearly), discounts worth €30 and €10 on Philips VoIP 841 phone and SMC Wi-Fi phone respectively, €30 discount on SkypeIn numbers and there are further discounts too on Skype extras feature too. These discounts must have brought smiles on your face but let me tell you that this service can only be used within your own country.
As of now the service is only available in the following countries but in the present year the list will be further expanded:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, portugal, Spain and U.K.
It seems to be a good step taken by Skype to offer a bundled package at a fixed price in order to offer convenience to its customers. I would love if Skype starts offering a one world, one Skype plan and hope that it happens soon.
