Earlier message sent to users in Australia, Thailand and US were priced at $0.088, $0.063 and $0.112 respectively. One can either use their PCs or cell phones for enjoying this offer.

Cellular companies had recently hiked the SMS rate but Skype has gone against the tide and brought down SMS charges. It seems that now even cellular companies might be forced to bring down their SMS rates as a result. Good move Skype!!
