Skype Sued Over FastTrack Technology

Skype Sued Over FastTrack Technology

Andy Abramson has just come up with the scoop of the season. He reports that Streamcast Corporation, the name behind Morpheus peer-to-peer software has filed a RICO lawsuit against Skype, Niklas Zennstrom, Janus Friis and a number of other persons. Streamcast is laying their claim on FastTrack technology that has evolved into Skype. According to them Skype has been engaging in corrupt business practices. Surpringly eBay has not named in the suit.

This is what Andy had to add:

Remember, in the USA the defendants are innocent until proven guilty and anyone can sue anyone over anything. But proving this case will be what matters, not the charges.

It is expected that the whole thing might get settled out of court and no body may come to know what actually conspired.

Is this law suit about justice or money, honey!!!! Time will tell.
