SkypeIn Is Not In At This Point of Time
It has been reported that Skype users are encountering technical difficulties with SkypeIn service. This is a service with which users get a real phone number and receive their calls through Skype. Unhappy users are reporting that they are able to get across very few numbers in U.K and there have been instances of failing of voice mail and some of them did not receive any calls.

The problem started from the middle of October and has further deteriorated since then. Angry users are receiving apology mails from Skype with a promise of compensation. It seems the situation is getting out of control and with users losing out on clients and missing contacts it would be very tough for Skype to win back its customers.

A few days back people had complained about the Free UK Promotion Offer and now SkypeIn. What has happened to Skype? If the string of unhappy customers continues, Skype would have a very tough time wooing them. Why doesn't Skype realize that VoIP is a highly competitive market where competitors are trying to snatch customers from each and a small mistake can leave a very big impact on their business.
