Skype's Now on the PSP

If you have a Playstation Portable (PSP)- which might not be a lot of people-now you can use it to get onto Skype and make free calls over WiFi. Supposedly, you've got to have a Sony PSP Slim and Lite (a.k.a. PSP-2000) and upgrade your firmware to the latest at this writing, which is 3.90, and then you can get your Skype on!

Given how unlikely it is I will ever own a PSP-my house is a Nintendo house, thank you-I doubt I will ever get to experience this firsthand. However, if it's anything like Skype on the Nokia N800/N810, it should be a winner. I do wonder how text chat will work without a proper keyboard, though.

  • 'Yours is the one blog most tightly aligned with my interests, most "great articles" from my point of view'

    'Cool site!'

'Great information especially nowadays where the development is amazingly fast.'

I find it very creative and with unique news, which I think is great compared to some other blogs that just copy other blog's content.
