Apparently so... They took, what I thought was a novel idea, and took a stab at giving the online community a site they could just VENT about a company that ticked them off. I've personally had run-ins with Dell, Verizon, and SunTrust of late, and a site like this would have been a perfect tool to get these companies' attention.


How many times have you called your cable or phone company to complain and gotten the runaround? And, with companies like the ones I just mentioned, they're large enough that they don't care if I leave.


Well, they'd care if I leave a poor review on a heavily trafficked site...
