The Free Skype mania has now moved from North America to Europe. Skype already has a user base of 113 million people and in order to build on it the company has launched free Skype in France thus making it the first European country to get free doses of Skype. Now users in France would be able to make free calls to landlines in France.

The offer is available for a period of four months starting from September 7 and ending on December 31, 2006. Earlier you had to Dole out money for making calls from your PC to landline phone but now in order to make further inroads into the French market Skype has come out with this offer.

Buoyed by the success of its free stuff for North American market earlier this year Skype has now extended this offer to France in order to further lengthen its success.
