Very soon one would be able to send or request paypal payments from directly within Skype. Skype version 2.5 which was shown at the eBay Developer's Conference would enable one to send or request money to other users directly from the client software. As eBay, Paypal and Skype all are under one umbrella hence one would be able to pay money easily while talking with the person. One could make or request payment through PayPal which shows up on a Skype drop down menu when one right clicks on a contact. It would offer convenience but have we considered the fact that whether it would be safe or not?

I was wondering with VoIP already proved insecure by the hacking drama recently and with network administrators already vary of Skype, how successful it would be and how much security it would be offering remains to be seen.
