Waxmail is a free service that allows you to talk your emails instead of typing. It works through Outlook and is remarkably easy. Did I mention it was free???

Skylook is a neat little tool that integrates Outlook and Skype well. The free version sticks a Skype button in your Outlook, but the coolest part is the ability to have your Skype contacts viewable within Outlook (paid feature).
