I'm having a hard time differentiating between the normal bs of the whole 2.0-ish way the blogosphere is talking as of late. I want to put on paper (err... e-paper) what VoIP 2.0 is. I'd really appreciate your input here.

VoIP 2.0 is:

  • e911 (vonage)

  • video (Skype 2.0)

  • blog integration (Skype 2.0)

  • social (SkypeMe)

  • instant messaging on-board (gizmo, Skype)

  • mobile (IPDrum, Iotum, SoftGnome, SkypeIN/SkypeOut)

  • for business and PBX (all?)

  • for home (all?)

  • for podcasts (Skype, Gizmo, ConferenceCall.com)

  • open (Skype, Gizmo)

  • stable/dependable (opinions wanted here)

  • cheap (PhoneGnome)

  • easy enough for grandma (PhoneGnome)

  • smart (Iotum)

Any more?
