SunCorp sent out a press release earlier today announcing their new phone is one of two finalists for the Unique Application award at CES by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group. It's pretty hot looking and boasts has both VoIP and landline compatibility. They claim its superior technology will improve Bluetooth interference and battery life. Since I haven't tested it, I can't vouch for that, but I have to assume there's at least a modest amount of truth to the claim because of the nomination (and everything you read on the internet is true, right?).
The phone will sync with your mobile's contacts, in some cases, and allows rerouting of your landline. It supports up to 200 contacts, 12 minutes of recording time (digital answering machine), caller ID, and a SIM reader.
Normally when I get press releases they bore me to exaustion, but the pic on this was so sweet I had to post it. If anyone hears who won this award, let me know.

Whoah! Yeah, the phone looks great! Suits for me…hehe. The “assuming” features are all good too! But I still do not trust this infor, unless I see the phone for myself! harhar…
I know what you mean, it almost looks too good…
I’ve had some crap phones in my day. I’m hoping to get my hands on it soon for a review and I’ll let you know what i think. I have the LG V (9800) right now as my main cell and I LOVE IT!
There are some things I’d like to see changed, but for the most part I’m sold on it. Wish I could say the same thing about Verizon
