Vonage granted permanent stay in patent battle

in new customers till the battle in the court gets resolved. U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington D.C which had earlier granted a temporary stay gave Vonage a permanent stay in the case. For this purpose Vonage will have to deposit a $66 million bond besides the royalty fee previously decided upon. Besides this an expedited schedule has been set up for reviewing the case and oral arguments in this respect would be held on June 25. I was just wondering whether any new customer would be willing to get associated with the company at this crucial moment where the future of the company is in doldrums. It seems the company might want to expand its customer base until it can find a suitable suitor which can pay a good price for it.
