CES 2007 saw a number of voip phones being unveiled and one of the phones which drew attention was Topcom WebT@lker 5000 VoIP phone for Skype. This is a phone aimed for Skype users and there is no need to be near a computer for using it. This phone can be easily installed and can be labeled as a true plug n play device. All you need is a router and broadband internet connection to get connected. Its Topcom Wireless Expansion Kit gives the flexibility of connecting to a Wi-Fi network.

The first looks of the phone will give you a robust feeling. This phone uses the echo cancellation technology so be sure of no interruptions during your calls. It also has a hands free function so you don't need to cling on to the receiver every time you attend calls. The screen looks pretty good- it's a 2.4 inch color screen so be sure of a trouble free view. The keypad is wide enough and can be used quite easily. You can also choose from a variety of ringtones available.

The phone will be available in the month of April carrying a price tag of $199.99. A good phone for business use and Skype fans.
