Pros:
Duh... WiFi phone. VoIP phone at home can go with you to your office or anywhere else (like Denny's) that offers free wifi (802.11b).
Keep your voicemail, caller ID, etc.
Cons:
Pay-for-wireless places, like Starbucks and McDonalds will not work with this phone.
WiFi is still not blanketed. It wouldn't be a good phone to use unless you were stationary.
When the Sprint deal happens, we'll see a marriage of VoIP and cellular. It will be more useful, but you have to give props to Vonage for putting this out.
