Calling plans

Yak4Ever is a calling service offered by Cubic Telecom. It takes advantage of the fact that rural telecoms in the US can charge more money for incoming calls than the going rate that the larger telecoms can charge. Usually, the larger telecoms don't charge extra to call these locations, meaning they end up subsidizing the cost of calls to these locations.
I guess next time you disagree with a bill that one of these large US telecoms sends you, it's okay to stiff them. After all, that's what they're doing to Cubic Telecom.
Here's a novel idea, AT&T and Verizon. Lobby Congress to change the laws. You've already got many congress critters and the FCC in your back pocket. How hard can it be?
