Tpad has gone against the waters and is making an effort to offer a unique incoming SIP number to its customers without charging a single penny for it. The industry trend is otherwise. This is a free of cost service and Tpad is offering as many numbers as the customer would ask for.
steven Johns, Marketing Manager, Tpad stated:
We believe that it is unfair to charge people just for a number to receive calls – that's why we give all our customers a free number.
I would certainly agree with what Steven has said and it seems to be a correct step taken by the company and offer its customers utmost convenience. The company has even adopted per second billing approach so that you are charged only for the time that you talk rather than the usual per minute concept where you are charged for the whole minute even if you talk for less.
