All interested people need to sign up at SkypKorean website of Skype without paying anything. Three month service is available for 13,200 won whereas one year service is priced at 39,600 won. After this you are required to select an eleven digit internet phone number along with a dialing prefix of 070. Skype- Out was already there and the launch of Skype-In has completed the process.
Skype started offering free PC to PC calls since February and then went on to introduce Skype-Out in September and has finally completed the process by launching Skype-In.
