Voxalot has been a service that many do-it-yourself VoIP folks really like. In addition to giving you a Voxalot (not PSTN) number for life, they made it really easy to easily use multiple Internet telephone service providers as well as connect with over 2000 SIP-based services.
Now the folks at Voxalot have taken it a step further: for an annual fee between $15 and $40 a year, you can utilize some additional "features" they offer, including inbound PSTN numbers, web call-back (set up a call between two parties on a web site), inbound call routing rules, and web-accessible voicemail.
It's nice to see the DIY crowd get some cool features for a fair price and without a lot of the hassles.
