Hey people, just came across the pictures of Symbian Series 60-powered Nokia E65. It is a slider phone and it is being said that it supports VoIP and you will be able to make VoIP calls with a touch of a button on one of its side. This phone will also be supporting Wi-Fi which makes it quite similar to some of the Skype phones selling around therefore you would be able to enjoy your calls at hotspots too. You might miss a standard USB port as this phone has a pop-port connector. Thin is in and from its side shots this slider phone appears to be quite thin.
Specifications of the phone are mentioned below:
• GSM Quadband / WCDMA 2100 MHz
• Size: 106 x 47 x 14 mm
• Display: 352 x 416 pixel 16 million color
• Memory: 70 MB (52MB for user) internal
• microSD card slot
• IrDA, Bluetooth, 802.11b/g, GRPS, EDGE, UTMS, CSD HSCSD, POP Port(USB 2.0)
• Operating System: symbian series 60
• Battery: BL-5F
• 2 megapixel camera with autofocus
The phone will be available in Europe in second or third quarter of 2007 and will sell for around 340 euro ($441).
